I have already taken part in four start up operations, the first was my own office supplies company, after that I was part of the AIG start up in Romania and finally I have managed the start of the Romanian joint venture of Sedgwick and Brimex which had achieved to be #2 in the Romanian insurance broking market just in two years of operation. My greatest strength relies in the fact that I combine the knowledge and expertise accumulated in the local market with solid business principles and work ethics from the American business school and international companies that I have worked for.
